Salary: £17.00 - £18.00 per hour + Excellent Benefits (£37,440 per annum)
Location: Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire
Hours: Full time - Days - 40 hour contract with supernumerary hours

Time Recruitment are assisting a national healthcare provider into the private sector search for an experienced Clinical Unit Manager for their stunning care facility in Chalfont St. Peter, Buckinghamshire which has an excellent reputation in the local area. As the Clinical Unit Manager you will be an integral part of the senior management team.

This country manor house is easily commutable from the M25 and M40 and is easily accessible via public transport from near locations such as Gerrard's Cross, Slough, Watford and surrounding ideal for a Registered Nurse/Senior Nurse or Clinical Lead looking for a Clinical Management role.

The service split between 3 modern units catering for the needs of elderly residents; the service is largely residential providing general nursing and palliative nursing care on one unit alongside offering early onset and care for challenging behaviours on their dedicated dementia wing.

Care assistants are highly trained and are able to assist with non-complex medications therefore giving time for nursing staff to deliver on clinical care needs; all clinical training and updates are paid for with off-site clinical training delivered and clinical trainers on site to sign you off in order for you to develop your professional portfolio.

Shifts are well staffed with nurses on during the day and several senior and experienced care staff, you as the Clinical Unit Manager, a deputy manager and a long standing home manager. On nights nurses do work autonomously but are provided with generous staffing levels with care staff enabling time for paperwork and clinical duties.

The home manager has been a registered manager for several years and has a background in general home management and quality assurance ensuring high clinical care standards are maintained throughout the 3 units in the home. The deputy manager has been in post for several years and there is a clinical deputy manager and several unit managers to assist you; ensuring the home has a good management structure in place.
