Domiciliary Care Co-ordinator
I am working on behalf of a reputable Elderly Homecare Service provider that requires an experienced care co -ordinator to join their established and very friendly and professional team.
This is one of the UK's largest community healthcare providers in the UK. They have a number of branches across the country. The group has continued to grow, both through setting up new branches and continually winning new business. The majority of their services are commissioned by the private sector but they also provide services to NHS commissioners. They are care led, meaning all of their services are provided with sensitivity and are individualised to the needs of the people within the local community. A sustainable financially stable company with a fantastic reputation in and around the York area.
The group's success has hinged on its commitment to delivering the highest quality personalised services. The branch in question currently delivers around 3000 hours of care per month and this is growing.
You will be responsible for managing staff availability, effectively producing rotas for the carers & working closely with the Home Care Manager amongst other duties.
This a is full time role offering hours from either Monday - Friday, 8.30-5pm.
You will have to cover on call 1 in every 3 weekend and as the company grows this will drop to 1 in 5.
You will be a strong experienced care co-ordinator and have a proven successful track record within domiciliary care. You will have excellent organisational qualities, ability to be flexible and to time manage effectively and a desire to work to high standards and push yourself to better both the company and yourself. You will have the ability to come in and hit the ground running working off your own initiative.
