Our client, a leading travel membership organisation, is looking for an experienced CRM Support Engineer.

With strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 or later, experience in using Management Reporting Tools and confident communication and customer service skills, you will be required to ensure the company’s CRM operates as smoothly and efficiently as possible, provide support to users of this and other applications across the business and ensure all users are trained and supported.

Key responsibilities as the CRM Support Engineer include:

  • Supporting users of the company’s application software with a particular focus on CRM and allied applications
  • Facilitating support for external systems as necessary
  • Following and managing the support escalation path
  • Developing and supporting 'Super Users’ across the business
  • Providing inductions for new members of staff
  • Managing the CRM system, ensuring the data and processes remain current and relevant
  • Providing on-going support and role specific end-user training to users, developing training materials and process documentation
  • Developing the reporting capabilities of CRM, working with users to exploit full potential of data Implementing and maintaining policies and procedures for CRM users and system administrators
  • Responsibility for ensuring overall integrity of data and 'lists’ and their use internally and externally

Suitable candidates will need to have/be:

  • Previous experience in a similar CRM role (approx 3 years)
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 or later, including management and customisation
  • Experienced in using Management Reporting Tools such as Crystal Reports and SQL databases
  • Experienced in adapting to use and support different application packages
  • Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues and to present to senior management teams and colleagues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service ethos
  • Proactive nature
