An opportunity has arisen to join a well-established UK-wide Consultancy as an Implementation Consultant! In this role, the successful Implementation Consultant will be working with award-winning CoreHR software and will be working with closely with Project Managers on a variety if implementation projects, both on-site with the customer and remotely.
As the Implementation Consultant you will utilise your expertise and excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, analysing and understanding their needs and running workshops to help the customer understand the configuration of the CoreHR system. You'll also be responsible for keeping abreast of legislation that will affect the use of the to be able to better advise and guide clients.
As the Implementation Consultant you will need:
- Proven experience of implementation of HR/Payroll Solutions
- Knowledge of integration issues.
- Excellent client facing skills.
- Experience working with CoreHR would be beneficial.
Salary: £38k - £45k + car/car allowance
Location - UK wide, although will include occasional travel to office in Letchworth Garden City
