Reed are delighted to be working with a well established and award winning organisation on the outskirts of Edinburgh City. They are looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to join their busy HR department to process and manage the payroll.

On a daily basis your key roles and responsibilities will be (but not be limited to):
> ensure payroll records are maintained correctly
> co-ordinate all payroll functions including returns to HMRC, pension scheme activity, salary sacrifices & benefit payments and leave entitlements
> answer payroll queries
> develop and maintain procedures
> solve system issues and inout into future system development
> review and develop payroll processes

Essential skills and experiences:
> Recent and minimum of 5 years payroll management experience
> understanding of payroll legislation
> experience of delivering payroll service improvements
> ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise accordingly
