- Do you sell into the M&E Contractor market? This is a wonderful opportunity to sell commercial energy saving ventilation solutions for a market leading manufacturer.

Looking to cover Manchester, Blackpool, Lancaster, Preston, Blackburn, Bolton, Oldham, Wigan - Field Sales- Up to £45k basic- £65k+ote. This will suit either an M&E Contractor led sales professional, or an M&E Consultant, or M&E Contractor, with a bright, confident, engaging personality, looking to move into sales.

- Well established, highly regarded designer and manufacturer of energy saving ventilation systems, offering a high quality solution for Commercial applications.

- Offering a complete ventilation solution, designed to prevent and remove the build-up of condensation and mould.

- Used in New Build and retrofit for Hospitals, Schools, Hotels, Retail, Factories, Offices and Student Accommodation.

- Products include Commercial Heat Recovery (MVHR), Air Handling Units, Twin Fans, Supply and Extract, Roof Fans, Smoke Fans, Axial Fans, Controls and Ancillaries.


- Due to massive investment, a superb, ever evolving product range and huge ambition, our client is looking to grow their sales team.

- You will be selling Commercial Heat Recovery (MVHR), Air Handling Units, Twin Fans, Supply and Extract, Roof Fans, Smoke Fans, Axial Fans, Controls and Ancilliaries.

- You will be selling to; Mechanical and Electrical Contractors (M&E), Heating and Ventilation installers, M&E Contract Engineers, working in tandem with a M&E Consultant led colleague.

- You be selling the complete Commercial HVAC solutions. Covering Birmingham and the West Midlands.


- My client recruits on attitude and offers excellent product training. Ideally you'll have Technical sales experience, ideally with a product that is sold into M&E Contractors.

- Experience of selling fans, ventilation, air conditioning, heating products, boilers, lighting, underfloor heating, ducting, lifts and escalators, alarm systems, fire and security, refrigeration, dampers, valves, pumps, grilles, louvres, diffusers, chillers, chilled beams, mixing valves, control valves, flues etc would be very relevant.

- Our client would also look at a graduate with a Mechanical Engineering Degree, with some sales experience, or a practical, engaging, positive individual, looking to move into sales, perhaps currently working as a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Consultant.

- Knowledge of Building regulations, as you'll be speaking with technically strong individuals on site, such as duct work installers and H&V Installers.

- Confident, a strong relationship builder, happy to on occasion entertain clients.


- Basic salary of £35,000- £45,000. Commission paid monthly, quarterly and annually, of up to £22k.
