Business Development Manager
Kind Consultancy is working with a young, fast growing commercial finance broker who are seeking an Adviser to join their team with a Head office base in Birmingham to identify and engage high-quality intermediary firms. They are looking for Advisers across the UK.
Utilising your market knowledge, relationship building skills and your pre-existing personal network, you will ensure performance and activity levels remain in line with the wider business plan as the organisation expands. You will deliver excellent customer service to new and existing clients as you assist in preparing applications, working closely with the team to ensure quality and compliance throughout the full lending application process. You will keep the CRM system up to date and accurate, recording all clients, introducers and sales levels.
You will be expected to develop and maintain an up-to-date and in-depth knowledge of products, criteria, system developments and trends in the Financial Services marketplace, to share this knowledge internally and apply it appropriately. You will represent the organisation at KBI and intermediary meetings, auctions, industry events, property shows etc, representing the business throughout the region and remaining highly professional at all times.
