Helpdesk / Support 2nd Line
Highly regarded, growing company with a reputation for excellent customer service/support need an additional 2nd line support/helpdesk Engineer to support their current growth plans. The company provide enterprise-level IT expertise to businesses of all sizes as well as VIP support. Their team works as, or alongside, their customers' internal IT resource to ensure all staff have the tools and support they need to do their jobs properly.
Recently moved to new offices in Weybridge and supporting companies and VIPs in London, the South East and down the M4 corridor as well as some abroad.
Good 2nd line helpdesk/support experience in supporting Microsoft products, Windows, Office, anti virus software , Active Directory, Exchange, some Cisco firewalls, Office 365, cloud and, ideally, Mac and a good general support experience.
Most important is a good customer focus providing a happy experience. Microsoft accreditation or other vendor certifications will be offered as well as good range of benefits and opportunities to progress. Car owner/driver. Free parking.
