Job title: Credit Controller
Duration: Temporary – 3 months initially

Hours: Full-time - Monday - Friday

My client is a leisure organisation based in Central London, due to an internal change they are looking for an interim Credit Controller for an initial 3 months with a review after that time and potential scope for permanent.

As a Credit Controller working within the Accounts Receivable team your duties will include:

Escalate overdue debt to clients and Account Managers.
Resolve client queries in a timely manner.
Complete weekly reviews and annotations of cluster aged debtors / customer credit limits.
Preparing back up documentation for credit and debit note approval.
Receipt posting from the bank into Sage 50.
Review of voucher reconciliations.
Processing customer refunds and taking credit card payments.
Occasional support with client invoicing.
Proactively communicating appropriate developments with stakeholders
Assisting with month/year end accounting processes.
Liaising with Internal and External auditors
Performing client credit checks

This a great opportunity for a passionate Credit Controller who is ready to start work with 1 week or less and happy for work on a temporary basis.

Due to the immediate nature of the assignment you will ideally have proven experience chasing debt in a Credit Control capacity and experience of a Sage 50.
