  • Process payroll accurately and timely

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for a variety of clients
  • Update internal systems accurately
  • Ensure payroll deadlines are always met
  • Ad hoc payroll related tasks
  • Communicate with staff from various departments
  • Maintain department records and reports
  • Add new staff details and update existing staff information on internal systems
  • Respond to payroll queries
  • Answer incoming phone calls and carry out general administrative duties
