The Role

As the Database Analyst, you will be responsible for design, maintenance and enhancements of digital application databases. You will work within the DevOps capability to provide specialist support to the development and commercial teams.

About You & The Team

An expert in the knowledge of database tools and technologies such as MySQL or Amazon Aurora and Modern database design and performance optimization techniques, ideally you will also possess awareness of the following:

  • Cloud-based infrastructure such as AWS
  • Config management tools such as Ansible, Puppet or Chef
  • CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GoCD
  • Distributed VCS such as Git
  • Building processes and tools specific to Java technology
