Salary - DOE Circa £30,000 per annum

Hours - 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and 8:30am - 3:45pm Friday

Reporting to the Operations Manager

Job Purpose:

Responsible for the day to day management of major projects and coordinating team members to ensure their smooth, cost efficient and punctual delivery.

Essential -

  • At least 3 years experiences in a similar role
  • Sales order processing experience
  • Experience required from a Lighting/Electrical background
  • Experience of dealing with technically complex orders
  • Experience of managing large projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

Desirable -

  • Experience of SAP and CRM
  • LIF Certificate
  • Prince 2 certification


  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, delegating tasks where appropriate
  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the projects and the processing of customer orders
  • Manage the company’s supply chain to achieve the project requirements in terms of cost, technical compliance, logistics and warranty
  • Identify and manage risks to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Develop a detailed project plan to forecast requirements, track progress and manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management where appropriate
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all parties involved in the projects
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
