Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable Assistant
Absolute Accountancy Recruitment are once again working with an ever growing company in Borehamwood who are seeking another hard-working Sales Ledger/Accounts Receivable Assistant. Some of your duties will include:
- Assisting with the day to day management of the Sales Ledger/ Accounts Receivable function
- Processing & Posting Sales Invoices
- Maintaining Sales Day-book
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Allocating daily cash receipts
- Assist Treasury & Accounts Payable when required
- Managing any invoice queries that occur and raising credit notes when needed
- Monitoring client accounts and chasing overdue payments by telephone and email
