Compliance & Risk Assistant- Lloyds Insurance Market
A high profile City based Lloyds Underwriters seeks a person with either insurance compliance or technical background who wants to get into comliance in to work Coverholder and TPA due diligence review and audits. Candidates will min A level educated, have 18 months insurance background in either area. Candidates will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, administrative skills with strong attention to detail and effectively schedule, communicate and meet deadlines.
The role is to deal with Coverholder and TPA performance monitoring and management reporting. Lloyd's Atlas and AIMs (audit) submissions and queries. Conduct risk assessments and monitoring. Providing compliance advice and support to the business.
Oversight and collation of regulatory returns. Implementation of FCA, PRA and Lloyd's regulatory changes.
Oversight and monitoring of compliance with Lloyd's Minimum Standards. Design and delivery of compliance training to employees. Coordinating and responding to external regulatory reviews. Sanctions screening reviews and financial crime risk assessments. Attendance at market presentations on behalf of the team.
