I am delighted to be working with a well known and established business in Chelmsford. They currently require a Procurement Administrator to join their friendly team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage and control regional purchase order process
Log purchase requisition requests on the purchase tracker
Liaise with employees and management on purchasing issues
Speaking with suppliers on a daily basis
Working with the procurement department on national, contracted purchased agreements
Authorise or obtain authorisation for purchases
Assign purchase order number
Perform other general administration duties as required

Person Specification:

Strong administration and IT skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Great customer service skills

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
£9-£10 per hour
This temporary role is expected to last two months however could go on for longer so some flexibility is essential
There is free parking on-site
