Please note: You should be an experienced and fully qualified (for example PGCE with QTS, B.Ed etc) !

This position of PE Teacher is based in South East London and ideally you will be within an hour’s commutable distance from the school.

This is a full time permanent PE Teacher post (school contract) on offer from January 2018 on a MPS1 – UPS3 pay scale plus SEN points within a SEBD school!

To start from Jan 2018 on a permanent school contract a PE Teacher is needed to work with small classes of no more than 8 students on a full-time basis within a SEBD School that caters for students who have both Social, Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties and Social, Emotional and Mental Health Issues.

The school offers a coherent and effective outreach provision through close collaboration and improved services offered to children and their families with SEBD .The aim of this school is to cover a full spectrum of services and provision for children with minor or short-term difficulties, to those with long term and severe and complex needs.

Person Specification for PE Teacher – SEBD School
The ideal PE Teacher candidate will be an industrious PE Teacher who has 2 years' teaching experience and worked with difficult pupils in the past. The perfect PE Teacher candidate will be able to use their passion to deliver stimulating lessons and affect the motivation of those around them for the better and have the ability to push the students and improve upon the current results

About the Role of PE Teacher – SEBD School
You will be working with a very small class (generally between 6 and 8) of students who have Social, Emotional and Behavioural issues. Alongside you will be a team of dedicated teaching assistants to help you succeed in the role of PE Teacher.
