Sales Director - KBB Product

Location: North West

Salary: Fully negotiable

We are looking to identify a proven or aspiring Sales Director for this fast growing and expanding KBB business. This is a new board appointment and is critical to the companies growth with overall responsibility for sales strategy and profit delivery as they move into the next phase of their expansion.

Due to the new and embryonic nature of this position we are happy to consider applications from either aspiring Sales Directors, who have proven themselves in a previous senior operational or commercial role, or an experienced Sales Director who is now looking for the next progressive move within their career.

Experience within the KBB market must be in evidence of the CV however, this may be recent or within your history but you should still be able to prove an understanding of the industry within which we work. In addition to this we would ideally like to see someone who has worked within two or three different industry fields, technology would be good as this features clearly in the company expansion plans.

Once appointed this individual will be responsible for all sales activity within the group including new areas of business that are currently being established. You will work closely with the board in the delivery of said activities and can expect a large amount of autonomy in getting the job done. With this in mind you must have previously managed sales teams within a business that is pushing the £20M mark and with a view to being able to treble this figure through the major investment that is being injected into the company at this time.

This is an opportunity for someone who is on the ascendency and needs this level of position with the responsibilities and possibilities that it entails to fast track their senior executive career. All of this can only be done with a strong team so exceptional motivational skills and the ability to get the best from an existing and growing team is vital.

Individually it goes without saying that you will be motivated and ambitious with a personal and professional drive to succeed. Previous large volume account and contact strategy experience is essential as is an understanding of CRM systems and key B2B exposure.
