My client are a leading provider of IT Managed Services. due to ongoing success they have a immediate requirement for a 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer. As 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer you will ideally have a solid MSP / Services background and outstanding 2nd / 3rd line support and troubleshooting skills across technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, DNS, DHCP, WDS.

As 2nd / 3rd Line Support Engineer you will be the point of escalation for the service desk and be working closely with external clients so you will have outstanding communication skills at all levels. You will be a natural troubleshooter and be able to demonstrate your skills across technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Azure, Hyper-V, VMware, DNS, DHCP, WDS.
