My client in the leisure and travel industry are seeking to recruit an Accounts officer to join thier finance team. You must be a strong all rounder.


• You will be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Petty Cash
• You will assist in monthly management reports and variance analyses
• You will assist in interim / annual audit works and statutory reporting
• Handle auditors, banks, airport authorities, government authorities, and other relevant
parties on accounting statutory reporting or other matters
• You must review internal control system and set up accounting workflow
• You will all assist in setting up and monitoring an effective controlled operational
• Handle and monitor purchasing functions
• Prepare inventory reports and cost analyses/reports on timely basis
• Monitor supplier’s performance, quality and credit control
• Monitor and involve in stock taking
• Review internal control system on purchasing and inventory
• Assist in setting up and monitoring an effective controlled purchasing and inventory
• Monitor cost control and assist in internal audits

You will be:

• Degree or Diploma educatied in Finance or Accounting subjects
• Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience in an all round role
• Proficiency in MS office and accounting software
• Experience in food//catering industry is an advantage
• Immediate availability preferred as this roleis to replace a leaver
