IFA Administrator - Boutique Wealth Management Firm
SLM Search and Selection are currently working on behalf of a privately owned and forward-thinking practice of independent financial advisers with the desire to provide an advisory service that caters to all aspects of financial planning over the long-term.
Their office in Central Birmingham are seeking an experienced IFA administrator to join their dedicated team, assisting the Office Manager to ensure full file compliance and the delivery of a high-quality client service.
Process new business encompassing pensions, investments and protection and including some mortgage administration
Obtain illustrations and research
Review preparations including valuation reports
Extensive client and provider liasion by phone, e-mail and face-to-face
Prepare client review packs for adviser's meetings
Assist with general administration tasks where needed including answering the telephone, sorting correspondence and filing
Previous administration experience within an IFA environment focused on holistic financial planning
Wrap Platform knowledge and previous use of back office software systems including Intelligent Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
