The Client

Our client is an award-winning drinks company, owning and producing of some of the most recognisable brands in the alcoholic and non-alcoholic market.

The Role

The role is for a Customer Development Executive who will look after the South West and report directly into the UK Sales Manager. The focus of the role is to build strong, commercially beneficial relationships, sales and increasing brand awareness on key listings in the Out Of Home, leisure and foodservice marketplace.
Day to day, you will be dealing with General Managers, Chef Manager and restaurant/bar Owners.
Will be looking after around 40 existing accounts, building on that with many warm leads and known contacts from the Sales Manager.

This is an exciting role within the business, representing their best-selling brand in one of the most lucrative areas. This is a multi-faceted role where negotiation, organization, influencing and problem-solving skills will play a significant part.

The role offers excellent progression opportunities with the businesses 2-year development scheme leading into an account manager position with a £8,000 salary increase.

The Person
The candidate must have at least 1 year’s sales experience within any field based B2B industry. It will be a huge advantage if the candidate has operated in the FMCG market or experience selling into pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, HORECA or foodservice, however, our client is open to those without drinks experience.

Confidence, great communication and organisation skills will play a key part in the role.

The Package

On offer is a basic salary of up to £24,000 + commission, car allowance, laptop, mobile, pension contribution.
