Marketing Manager - Northampton

£30-£35k based on experience

Working for a fast growing multi-award winning business providing Debit/Credit Card Processing Facilities to small/medium sized businesses.

The position is for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives, customer experience, campaign development and sales support You will be key member of a small team of professionals with potential for progression.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our Company, drive traffic to our website and focus on lead generation and conversion.
• Own the creative development of campaigns, promotional materials, advertisements, user guides and other marketing-related projects.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups.
• Oversee social media strategy, growing our social media presence
• Support the implementation and the communication of new products or services
• Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including system driven messages, customer account content, newsletters and other touch points.
• Collaborate with and support sales, including development of partner presentations, case studies and partner sales enablement via back book campaigns and co-branded marketing materials.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Requirements
• BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading cross channels marketing campaigns
• Good sense of aesthetics and ability to create great copy.
• Demonstrable knowledge/use of current design software, Photoshop, Word Press, in addition to Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Good team worker


Salary: £30-£35k based on experience
