Retail Sales Administrator
Excellent opportunity to work for a well established family run business as a Retail Sales Administrator to work within the showroom, providing a first class service to customers, providing quotes and progressing the sales orders ensuring all administration is produced and filed appropriately.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers, providing advice and guidance on products
- Producing quotes and terms and conditions
- Creating customer packs / project folders and maintaining records
- Taking payments and handling cash
- Processing orders and job sheets
This role would suit a confident, articulate and well presented individual who has previous experience in a customer service environment and / or some administration experience. Excellent customer service skills and a flexible 'can do' attitude are paramount.
