Finance administrator

Our award winning IT client are looking to recruit a finance assistant to their ever expanding team. Working alongside a highly supportive and experienced team, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Preparing weekly and monthly cash reports.

  • Working with the invoicing team, ensuring timely billing and analysis of revenue.

  • Assisting with month end closing processes.

  • Balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Assisting with accruals and prepayments.

  • Reviewing and collating data for invoicing.

  • Ad Hoc duties to support the finance function.

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of a similar role in a busy finance team.

  • Strong IT skills, Microsoft office and Excel.

  • Ability to work to deadlines.

  • Methodical and Organised.

  • High attention to detail.
