Registered Manager Acquired Brain Injury London
Registered Manager - Acquired Brain Injury - South London
I hope had an amazing weekend.
I'm getting in touch to catch up with you in case it's been one of those 'I want a new job' kind of weeks, Mainly because I'm getting in contact regarding an amazing and unique opportunity for the right person.
Right now my client, a specialist rehabilitation family run company is looking to take on a Registered Manager and a Deputy Manager after recently acquiring a new site to expand into. They are a specialist in Acquired Brain Injuries and Substance and deal with a very unique user group.
I know you may be thinking this isn't something you necessarily have a huge amount of experience with but that's not where this journey ends. Unlike most places, my client is happy to take on individuals who have a keen interest in receiving specialist training in this niche sector as long as they have a strong and stable managerial background to support it with. So essentially as long as you have experience as a Deputy Manager or a Registered Manager within adults services and are eager and willing to develop your knowledge of Acquired Brain Injuries and Substance Misuse.
They are based in South London and although local candidates are more applicable as there is less travel, they have recently taken on a Service Manager who is commuting from Romford, Essex. So as long as you are able to get into work on time and not let the journey hinder your role then this will not be an issue.
Being a growing family run business they are offering a fair salary in accordance to the market rates as well as a very supportive and strong local network with over 5 units within walking distance of each other.
There's already two candidates who are set up to interview next week but I didn't want you to lose out on it either. Send over an updated CV this weekend and we can have a catch up on Monday to see if this is the right one for you. Alternatively if you have any friends or colleagues who you think this may be of interest to please feel free to forward them this email too.
The ideal candidate will have:
- NVQ L5 Leadership and Management (Or equivalent)
- Two years experience in managerial/Supervisory roles in care settings.
- Strong background working with Adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Substance Misuse preferred.
