Secretarial Team Coordinator
Brief Description of Role:
To be responsible for the secretarial resource in the team/office acting in a supervisory capacity and providing a comprehensive and efficient service in order that the business objectives of the Firm are achieved. To act as a liaison between Teams and Secretarial Manager.
•To act as a central contact and liaison between the team and Secretarial Manager maintaining confidentiality at all times.
•Demonstrate a proactive and positive attitude when dealing with team issues.
•To liaise with the Secretarial Manager and Partners to ensure compliance of the Firm’s policies and procedures.
•To attend Team meetings and Team Co-ordinator meetings as requested and feedback information as appropriate to the relevant people.
•Flexible attitude towards working practices and ability to adapt style as required.
•Confident in their own abilities and in their approach.
•To be approachable and responsive to both colleagues and clients.
•To be accountable and straightforward.
•To be professional and courteous in all dealings.
•Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
