We are a leading Managed Service provider who are challenging the status quo in Infrastructure service provision by supporting our clients with industry leading technical support and solution realisation. We are now searching for an IT Support Analyst to work alongside our senior engineer on-site with one of our most prestigious partners.
Your new role
You will utilise your existing experience in a similar role in this varied technical landscape, supporting a diverse user base with desk side queries and remote tickets whilst leading and assisting technical implementations and working on projects.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate for this role you will utilise your existing experience in a similar technical support role. You will be technically proficient in modern windows operating systems including Microsoft Office and Active Directory. Previous experience with MS Exchange and Windows Server will lead to your success, as will exposure to rudimentary networking such as VoIP, DNS/DHCP. Any experience with Office 365 will place you at a distinct advantage.
