As Sous Chef you will be responsible for the management and development of a brigade of chefs in the Head Chefs absence, ensuring positive succession planning for the chef's future career development
As Sous Chef you must be able to help maintain the restaurants already high expectations both in food quality and cleanliness of the kitchen. Help the Head Chef to achieve set food cost targets, along with other budgetary responsibilities and health and safety requirements. We are looking for a Sous Chef from a similar branded background with a stable CV

Salary on offer £26,000 - £28,000 a year depending on experience.
