Purchase Ledger Clerk - Temp - Part Time
I am currently working with a company who are situated between Sutton Coldfield and Tamworth They are looking to recruit within their Purchase Ledger team, To start immediately. This is a 5 month contract (This may be extended). The hours off work are 20 hours per week flexible as to how hours are to be worked Monday and Friday between 9 - 5pm.
Purchase Ledger Duties:
- Posting Purchase invoices on to Sage 50
- Generating costing for quotes
- Checking and posting expenses on Sage
- Down loading invoices from suppliers systems
- Chasing missing documents
- Generating weekly payment lists for processing
Purchase Ledger Skills:
- Experience in Sage 50
- Previous Purchase Ledger experience
- Good IT skills within word and excel
- Attention to detail
Car owner is essential due to the location of this client.
