Technical Analyst - Support Engineer - Monitoring - SCCM - Remote Working - 40 Hour Week - Home Working - Monitoring Support Engineer - NOC Support Analyst - Data Centre Engineer - Technical Support Engineer - Operations Engineer - Service Continuity Engineer - NOC - Data Centre. If you are used to working on business critical systems based on System Center suite - SCCM, SCOM and SCVMM, Hyper-V or VMWare, Monitoring tools - Ideally Solarwinds, Storage technologies, Cisco networking technologies, Blade server technology and want to work for an Award Winning company then apply NOW! You will work in a 3-person team providing manned out of hour's support for clients (19.00 - 07.00 or 07.00 - 19.00 - weekdays, plus weekend and public holiday cover). The Service Continuity Team also undertakes essential maintenance, patching, and upgrades to technical support.

Key skills/ responsibilities

  • System Center suite - SCCM, SCOM and SCVMM

  • Hyper-V or VMWare

  • Monitoring tools - Ideally Solarwinds

  • Storage technologies

  • Cisco networking technologies

  • Blade server technology

  • ITIL SLA / OLA background is Advantageous.

  • Providing technical support and 24x7 monitoring for Cloud environments and customers on an out of office hours rota (typically 12-hour shifts)

  • For this opportunity, there may also be a need to complete SC clearance.

Salary for this remote working Monitoring Support Engineer - SCCM role is £28,000 - £30,000 + Excellent Bonus + Benefits + Healthcare + Pension + More!!
