We pride ourselves on our ability to support our every expanding network of customers. As a front-line team member operating within the Advisor Support Team you be equipped to handle a high volume of calls and e-mails; responding to customers in a professional and timely manner, delivering the exceptional service our customers expect.

About the role

- Responsible for answering all incoming calls and assisting customers as required
- Dealing with complex queries and seeking advice where necessary
- Prioritising and handling incoming emails in an efficient manner
- Adhering to strict internal policies
- General administrative duties

About you

- Prior experience within a telephone based customer service role
- Ability to handle a variety of queries in an efficient and professional manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding of financial administration
- Attention to detail
