Role: Account Director
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000
The individual’s primary responsibility will be responsible for an account with a major client, where we currently perform adaptation and transcreation services for a number of brands across Europe. This is an exciting and challenging role with a focus on relationships with brands and marketers across the client base. To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to think strategically, build strong relationships with clients, work well with colleagues across the business and bring management experience. You must be a proactive, enthusiastic and bright individual who is passionate about the industry and possesses a broad understand of marketing production across channels and formats. You must be a confident individual who understands the value of good employee engagement and excellent communication skills. You must have the ability to take on board feedback whilst listening to others around you and being able to work collaboratively with them.
We are looking for someone with a firm grasp of advertising operations and processes, and an understanding of multiple channel content development, especially broadcast/ Film. The Account Director will need to have a good commercial understanding, project a strong presence internally and externally, and ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations. You must have a passion for advertising excellence with robust experience gained in a broadcast production, specifically adaptations and transcreation, for big brands. You must be able to write compelling presentations decks, explaining concepts concisely and clearly, research new business opportunities and pursue them and also craft well-written and clear briefs.
