My client, a large construction company near Bury St Edmunds are currently recruiting for a Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Manager.

This is a full time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week

About the role

My client is looking for a highly engaged Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Manager to provide expert payroll and benefits services to their business. You will also be responsible making sure that processing documents are completed correctly, and that authorisations received by cut-off deadline are included in the next available pay run. You'll also lead the team in defining and enforcing processes, checks and balances together with completing audits on all aspects of payroll and HR.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience managing a payroll service in a large organisation, together with a proven history of building strong stakeholder relationships. You'll also need to hold the CIPP diploma or an equivalent qualification, or to be working towards it, in which case we will support you in completing your journey.
