My client is one of the UK's largest Facilities Management Companies who has over 100+ years experience in Integrated Facilities Services. They are currently looking for an Experienced Facilities Manager who has experienced within Hard Services.

The Role
My Client is looking for a facilities manager to cover multiple sites in the Aberdeen area. Who can Support the Regional FM to effectively co-ordinate service delivery across the whole of the scope of FM service delivery and advise senior management of any perceived risks and mitigation actions Builds organisational capacity, responsible for the delivery of the service and maintenance of all assets under contract in the portfolio.

To ensure compliance agreements with the client for the delivery of Engineering Services Maintenance and Facilities Services at their site.

You'll be Evaluating data and operational performance stats in monthly basis ensuring a documented action plan is implemented for any out line situations, also provide operational management of internal and external service delivery teams, ensuring quality of services provided are continually improved and exceed customer expectations.

Effectively communicate the operational management deliverables to all Supervisors, ensuring all issues and problems are reported and managed in a controlled and timely manner.

Evaluate data and operational performance stats on a monthly basis, ensuring a documented action plan is implemented for any out of line situations.

Close liaison with the client regarding the status of maintenance operations.

Conduct a daily meeting with Supervisors on Operational Updates (formal or informal).

To ensure the commercial viability and growth of the contract is achieved.

Champion the IMS Quality System and ensure its compliance.

Ensure a program of initiatives and achievements are maintained and kept on record.

To attend formal site meetings with the client.

Initiate the standards and review the forward planning of maintenance activities to ensure adequate manpower loading and effective use of shutdown availability.

Ensure all aspects of inventory management including the storage of adequate critical spaces.

What you need

They are looking for someone who has proven experience of operations management within a hard services FM environment or has a Technical background, ideating in an electrical or mechanical discipline. who has a great interpersonal and customer relations.Relevant professional qualification/experience within an FM corporate environment .Experienced people manager. Have good leadership, team building and communication skills.
If you have a British Institute of Facilities Management qualification (BIFM) it is desirable.

What you will receive.
As a Facilities Manager you will receive a Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience, a company car plus company benefits and 25 days annual leave. In addition you will have the opportunity to join a successfully and growing business.
