An exciting opportunity to join a growing telecoms company based in the heart of Manchester. With three branches in the UK, you will be responsible for servicing UK and International customers requirements ensuring the best level of service support is undertaken to meet customers expectations and demands.

As a Support Administrator, your role duties will include:

• Provisioning a wide range of products and services
• Up-selling current packages
• Customer retention
• Phone Line, Broadband and Hosted Telephony Faults
• Technical support for all products and services
• Administrative duties including tariff analysis, contracts and billing queries
• Liaising with suppliers

Required Skills and Abilities:

Telecoms support
• Previous experience within the telecommunications industry ideally including WLR and CPS
• Excellent IT skills, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
• Proficiency in English grammar as well as excellent verbal and written skills. Other languages will be of benefit to this role, but are not essential
• Proficiency in numeracy
• A good technical understanding
• Strong communication skills
• Capable of multitasking and prioritising workloads, whilst working under pressure, all the while maintaining a professional composure and positive approach in pressured situations
• Flexible attitude and a good team player
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
