This is an exciting time for our client - as they enter their tenth year, they are looking for a Business Improvement Analyst who wants to share their vision of delivering better homes, friendlier communities - together.

They have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Improvement Analyst to join the Technology and Information Services Department.

Working as part of the overall business improvement programme you will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and map out As-Is and To-Be processes.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting all areas of the business in conducting process reviews and implementing an improvement lifecycle
  • Implementing benchmarking procedures and produce key performance indicators.
  • Develop a robust reporting repository to centralise business intelligence reporting.
  • Analyse and prepare corporate and operational reports and provide a centralised dashboard
  • To take ownership and responsibility of the Trust’s feedback process to ensure regulatory compliance is upheld.
  • Provide proactive recommendations for service process improvements mapping to the customer journey.
  • Proactively research opportunities, good practice and challenges for the Trust based on changes within the sector and suggest improved ways of working

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Strong background in business analysis and process improvement roles
  • Have strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using Business Objects, SQL Reporting Services, MS Excel, other MI reporting tools and KPI metrics.
  • Must have good oral and written communication skills, the ability to liaise with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering and improvements
  • Ability to analyse complex systems data to provide improvements to data validity and cross system integration

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding of SQL Management studio
  • Experience with ETL and SSIS
  • Knowledge of the Orchard Housing Management System
