A superb and rare opportunity has arisen for a motivated and keen finance administrator to join a small finance team in a delightful company.

The main purpose of the role will be to ensure all invoices, payments and expenses are accurately processed and to take responsibility of the credit control function.

Key Objectives
Process invoices and payments
To take responsibility for the credit control, chasing outstanding payments, liaising with debt recovery as required
Weekly bank reconciliations
Manage the petty cash
Process monthly expenses
Work closely with other departments, keeping them up to date with any information that will contribute to the smooth running of the business
Provide administration support to the Finance Manager and help maintain the statutory records of the company
Such other duties and tasks as are allocated to you at the discretion of the Company

Required Qualifications / Skills
A polite manner when dealing with Customers and staff
A broad knowledge of computer based finance packages, along with good keyboard skills
A basic understanding of double-entry bookkeeping methodology
Good communication and people skills at all levels
A willingness to learn and develop further office based skills in the future
