My client, is currently looking for a Credit Controller to join their Finance department based in Avonmouth, Bristol on a part time basis.

The vacancy is for 20 hours per week and the successful candidate needs to be available to work the following shift patterns:

Week 1 - 17:30 to 21:30, Monday to Friday

Week 2 - 17:30 to 21:30 Monday to Thursday, plus 11:30 to 15:30 Sunday


Responsibilities include:

*Credit Control of online orders placed
*Complete security checks on orders paid by card
*Identify any potentially fraudulent transactions
*Reviewing held credit account orders
*Reviewing credit limits
*Contacting customers regarding overdue invoices
*Releasing orders where possible

Your experience and skills should include:

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Making outbound calls to customers
*Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
*Able to demonstrate good customer service skills
*Educated to at least GCSE level in Maths or equivalent experience
*Experience of working within a fast paced, changeable environment

*Own transport essential due to hours and location*
