One of my key clients, a leading transport and logistics company who has seen tremendous growth due to winning a number of new contracts, is looking to recruit an experienced contracts administrator to support the central purchasing functions for the business. Based in Huddersfield and easily commutable from the surrounding areas.

Primarily focused on the business purchasing activity and day to day running of the purchase order system. Other duties include managing central purchases for the business and processing the monthly travel and expenses, creating a monthly report.

-Ability to demonstrate a high level of computer literacy especially Excel
-Proven experience reviewing supplier contracts with high attention to detail
-Demonstrable skills in managing and prioritising workloads in line with business needs
-Experience of working to tight deadlines
-Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills with people at all levels within the organisation.

-Experience working with Proactis or other dedicated Purchase ordering systems
