Part-time Administrator (30 hours per week) is required to join a Media Team in Oxford. £20-22k pro rata.
Your new company
This international business operates across eight offices in over 100 languages in order to bring together technology and talent producing PR value and return-on-investment. They integrate, analyse and evaluate media performance across all channels from social to digital, print and broadcast, bringing insight and strategy for better communication and thus results. They require a part time Administrator (30 hours) to join their Media Management team and assist with subscriptions.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the day to day administration of the media set. You will keep this up to date, subscribe to new publications, renew existing subscriptions and complete other tasks to support your manager. You will be involved in systems too, ensuring the media set is correct and complete with full digitisation. This will include proactively updating subscription statuses and communicate changes effectively. You will also assist Project Managers in setting up media for new clients. The role will work from Monday to Friday 9:00-15:00.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent organisation skills coupled with a fantastic attention to detail. You will be an effective communicator with strong written English skills who is able to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. A positive attitude is integral along with the ability to work in a team and individually. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Media is desirable but not essential as is any experience in a similar field.
