A brand new vacancy has arisen to work for a reputable brand, easily commutable from Basingstoke, Winchester, Andover, Hook and Eastleigh. This would suit an individual who has a keen interest within the Marketing sector.

Key responsibilities:


Point of contact for centre support - logging requests and enquiries

Following up with relevant marketing team member to a successful conclusion
Logging, scanning of all invoices
Helping with the administration of online orders and reporting problems
Logging all customer complaints
Assisting marketing communications team with the administration and delivery of materials
Supporting the marketing team in the creation of KPI reports
Distribution of KPIcomms sheets to all centres on a weekly basis
Organise and maintain marketing cupboards: central source of banners, leaflets, event materials, stationary etc.
Managing the organization and booking of venues for internal roadshows and conferences in addition to general administration tasks for the operations team
Supporting marketing team with ad-hoc tasks and projects
Supporting the marketing team in the creation of KPI reports
Delivery of operational and marketing reports
Stationery orders
Uniform orders
Providing office support to Retail Director, Retail Operations Director and Retail Technical Director
Support with uploading news stories/ content to the website
Support with proof reading


Skills required:


• Ensure all support enquiries from centre/ area managers are followed up to resolution
• Up to date cost monitor
• Up to date customer complaint monitor
• Timely delivery of KPI reports
• Timely delivery of all tasks
• Up to date marketing status sheet - following status update and actions agreed at weekly team meetings


Essential:


Highly organized - Strong multi-tasking capabilities
Good eye for detail/ deadline dates
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
Intermediate/advanced Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Previous administrator/ office experience
Great communications skill both written and verbal
Ability to produce work that is accurate whilst working under pressure
A team player able to interact with all levels of staff whilst having the ability to work alone, using own initiative
Uses initiative and has a desire to succeed
