Junior Support Analyst
Our client are a Software Development and IT services company specialising in providing software solutions and support services to companies large and small.
Due to continued growth they are now looking to add a junior support analyst to help them manage the increased client base, as a junior support analyst you will have the following experience & skills:
· Qualification in IT (minimum A Level required)
· Providing 1st Line support via phone/email and support systems.
· The analyst will also be trained in case management software support and development
· Ability to intelligently fault find and resolve issues before escalating to Senior Support analyst.
