Building Services Project Manager
Our clients specialise in the design and construction of sophisticated environmental facilities; providing a complete turnkey package to the high technology industries, particularly Pharmaceuticals and Food industries. With a full order book into 2019 and beyond they are looking to recruit an M&E Project Manager on a staff basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for running projects from start to finish, be able to influence outcomes, commercially aware and control project delivery, time, cost and H&S. Duties will include:
Overseeing the progression and development of the project during the pre construction, construction, commissioning and snagging periods.
Overseeing various onsite personnel.
Ensuring client satisfaction.
Liaison with design teams.
Health & Safety.
Experience of managing projects in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries is essential. Projects are full turnkey, and therefore applicants will be allrounders with particular strong project management skills and general working knowledge of various disciplines including turnkey build, architectural fit out but more particularly HVAC and electrical disciplines. Our client offers a first class base salary, car allowance, pension (5%), healthcare, childcare vouchers, flexitime, death in services benefits, 25 days holiday.
