Full time Learning Support Assistant needed, Croydon - immediate start
The main goal of the inclusion is to attempt to prepare the students there for mainstream schooling again or help support and mentor the students at the inclusion, implementing behaviour strategies and ensuring the development of their education continues to the highest standard.
- SEMH experience
- Energetic and dedicated with an engaging personality
- Ability to build strong relationship
- Team Teach trained is ideal but not required
- Safeguarding knowledge
- Prior experience with primary aged students
Candidates will have a desire to build strong relationships with students. Have the ability to aid in social and emotional progression of students, through the pursuit of excellence in all areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Behaviour Mentor or Behaviour Buddy to start a post with real room for growth. All member of the Senior Management team on site - started as 1:1 in the classroom.
