Monarch Education are seeking intervention Teachers to work in primary schools across Birmingham to support pupils in the run up to SATS. Schools are looking for a committed, motivated and hardworking teacher, to work with KS1 and KS2 pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis who require additional support.

You must have an excellent knowledge of the national curriculum and be confident in adapting tasks according to pupils' abilities and needs. You must also have the willingness to promote learning to maintain a positive supportive learning environment.

The key aspects which are required for the role are:
*QTS or UK recognized equivalent teaching qualification
*Previous experience working within a KS1/KS2 role.
*A minimum of 2 years' experience in a primary school setting
*A real drive and passion for teaching and inspiring others
*A real commitment to working well as part of a team whilst being able to work at an individual level.
