Technical Customer Service Manager


£55,000 - £65,000 per annum + Pension + Private Healthcare

THE COMPANY: You will be working for a multimillion pound organisation that specialises in cost reduction around the production and distribution of documents.

The Role: In this role you will be responsible for 3 teams. Developing them so that they can offer first line customer service to Public Sector and Commercial customers. Managing the teams to provide excellent customer service and be confident with dealing with customers and improve the team member's technical product knowledge.

The Candidate: My client is looking for an experienced individual who is considered to be a calm and caring manager who can educate, motivate and develop internal teams. Have excellent written, verbal and communication skills as well as being highly organised, methodical and disciplined. A technical background is ideal to understand the technical aspects of this role. Have a strong passion for customer service and have experience of dealing with customers directly. A Logical thought process and as well as a creative mind-set to challenge the norm.

The Package for Technical Customer Service Manager:

  • Basic: £55-65k
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 17:30
  • Optional Private Healthcare Scheme
