Are you looking to hit the ground running in a busy Service Desk/1st Line Support role?
I am looking for a competent IT Support Analyst to join this busy and dynamic team based in Chelmsford. As a leader in their field and with a large IT division, this could be the perfect opportunity to get your foot in the door or add some amazing experience to your CV.

Provide 1st Line Support to all incoming help desk queries.
Use appropriate methods to determine course of action; troubleshoot, document, resolve & delegate user issues.
Ensure completion of tasks within agreed SLA's
Perform data maintenance for no-active users and inactive remote access tokens

Knowledge of Active Directory/Exchange
Previous customer facing IT Support experience
Understanding of networking - LAN/WAN

Experience with a leading innovative tech company
Parking available
Potential for extension of contract

Reasonable service desk working hours (rotating pattern between 7.30am-6pm)
