Are you enthusiastic and passionate about creating a fundamental change? Red Personnel have an exciting new opportunity! A skilled and pro-active Programme Manager (Monitoring & Evaluations) is required for a well-established UK charity that works to relieve need, suffering and distress amongst the Armed Forces, veterans and their families in order to support their independence and dignity.

The Programme Manager (Monitoring & Evaluations) will develop and manage the impact measurement and evaluation of the charity’s services organisation-wide and communicate on progress with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will manage this work stream on a daily basis and report to the senior management team, ensuring that impact, measurement and evaluation becomes an integral part of our client’s organisation’s way of working.This is a brand new standalone role with a remit to work across all departments. A great opportunity for the individual to showcase a lot of license and autonomy!

This is a 2 year fixed term contract, paying £45,000 per annum + excellent benefits and is based in the heart of London.

The Programme Manager (Monitoring & Evaluations) will most likely have:

- Excellent Research skills
- Proven IT skills
- Good knowledge of the charity sector and / or military
- Pro-active self-starter
- Demonstrable experience of data analysis, both qualitative and quantitative
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Educated to Degree level or equivalent
