Excellent Credit Controller job, for a genuine market leader based north of Poole town centre, £23-27,000+bens
Your new company:
You will be working for a renowned, privately owned company, who have been trading for over 100 years, who are based in very pleasant head office environment north of Poole. The company are made up of passionate professionals, who are very customer focused providing high end products to premier brand customers. You will be working in a small accounts team; alongside 1 other Credit Controller and reporting into the Credit Manager.
Your new role:
You will be responsible for your own ledger of UK & International clients (from sole traders to key multi-site accounts) and will be pro-actively dealing with queries, reviewing clients credit terms/limits, chasing outstanding payments, putting accounts on stop and releasing orders as required. Your will also be raising invoices, processing payments, allocating cash and sending copy invoices/credit notes/statements as needed.
What you'll need to succeed:
You will have a minimum of 2-3 years previous experience gained within a business to business credit based job and a proven ability to meet targets and deadlines. Ideally you will have international collections experience and you will be a commercial, professional team player, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
