An exciting accounts administrator position has arisen within the finance department of an independent property company.
Your new role
Your new job role of Accounts Administrator will include maintaining Purchase Order system, matching purchase invoices to delivery notes. Identifying discrepancies, querying and resolving issues. Reconciliation of supplier statements, Petty cash recording and reconciliation. Credit card reconciliation - reviewing all receipts and checking VAT eligibility. Sage 50 experience is desirable.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this job role you will need to be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You must be proactive and commercially astute. You will need Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger and MUST BE LOCALLY BASED to be considered for this position.
